Purchases made at a Trunk Show with a Noonday Collection Ambassador
Noonday Collection Ambassadors are independent contractors and are not employees of Noonday Holdings, LLC (“Noonday Collection” or “Noonday”). An Ambassador will take your order on the TRUNK SHOW DATE to place with Noonday Collection and then provide you with a physical copy of your order which you should retain for your personal records. Soon after the trunk show the Ambassador will place your order (the ORDER PLACEMENT DATE) with Noonday, at which time you will be emailed a receipt at the email address you provided on your order form.
Shipping
Noonday Collection ships trunk show and online orders to the US and Canada only. Shipping is a flat rate of $6.00 to the United States and $10.00 to Canada. Items ship via USPS or similar method.
An email with a tracking number will be sent on the SHIPMENT DATE to the email the customer provided when ordering. For Trunk Show orders, please allow 4-10 business days from the TRUNK SHOW DATE to process your order and prepare your items for shipping on the SHIPMENT DATE. Once your package is shipped from the warehouse, you should receive your order (DELIVERY DATE) within 3-5 business days of your SHIPMENT DATE.
In summary, trunk show customers will normally be notified of shipment within 10 business days (approx. 2 weeks) and receive packages within 15 business days (approx. 3 weeks) of the TRUNK SHOW DATE. Online orders not associated with a trunk show require 2-3 fewer days to process.
Due to the nature of our business, all orders are required to be paid in full on the ORDER PLACEMENT DATE. By placing an order online or at a trunk show with a Noonday Collection Ambassador, you are agreeing to these terms.
Sales Tax
By law, items sold by Noonday Collection and shipped to destinations in the state of Texas are subject to sales tax.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We are excited about our products and hope that you are as well. If you are not completely satisfied with your items, you can return unworn items in resalable condition (excluding sale items, which are final sales) within 14 calendar days of the original SHIPMENT DATE for exchange or refund, less the cost of shipping. Items that have been worn are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Items that are damaged in transit or are missing from shipment and reported within 14 calendar days of original SHIPMENT DATE are eligible for replacement, exchange or refund.
To return or exchange an item, please contact customer support by emailing support@noondaycollection.com to make a claim.
Items must be returned in the original packaging with a copy of the original purchase receipt that was included in package. Items must be received at our warehouse within 7 calendar days of claim submission to avoid cancellation of the claim.
If you paid with cash or check, Noonday will issue the refund to your Ambassador, who will arrange for a timely refund to you.
Backorders
In cases where a product is out of stock and will not reach a customer within the standard shipping timeframe, Noonday will notify customers of the delay and expected arrival time of backordered product. All other available items in an order will be shipped within standard timeframe. Once backordered items on an order become available, they will be sent separately at no additional cost to complete the order.
Limitations
Actual pieces will vary slightly because each piece is made by hand. Each product may look different in color and size from samples shown by Noonday Ambassadors, images shown online or on printed material. Additionally, note that items made of bronze and other metals will oxidize over time, turning a darker, more muted color.
